Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers throughout the model lifecycle to enhance AI-driven risk assessment models
• Conduct property reviews to identify gaps in AI models and recommend improvements
• Supervise labeling teams and provide training to ensure accurate property classification in production models

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of underwriting/insurance experience (commercial preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience preferred
• Experience with retail agency relationships preferred
• Demonstrated curiosity, accountability, and a positive attitude
• Passion for knowledge acquisition and sharing
