Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Workflow Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with security and legal teams to ensure AI solutions comply with healthcare regulations and internal policies
• Architect and deploy AI-enabled workflows, integrating internal systems and third-party platforms
• Lead training sessions and promote AI adoption across the enterprise while establishing performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent work experience; Master's or PhD is a plus
• 4+ years of software engineering experience, including automation pipelines
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with cloud platforms
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM integration, or agent frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in AI/ML libraries and frameworks, with familiarity in containerization and microservices architecture
