Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Workforce Development Specialist to support AI skills development through Registered Apprenticeship programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to employers and industry partners on integrating AI into apprenticeship programs
• Develop AI-related training modules and curricula for adoption across industries
• Engage with stakeholders to create new AI-centric apprenticeable occupations and increase AI literacy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of experience without a degree
• Deep expertise in the Registered Apprenticeship system and program standards development
• Practical knowledge of AI technologies and their applications across industries
• Proven ability to engage diverse national stakeholders, including industry and education partners
• Strong technical writing skills for reports and publications
