Senior AIOps Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced production operations leader, the full-time Senior AIOps Engineer will manage incident response, operational reliability, and production health in a remote setting while collaborating with engineering and AI orchestration teams to enhance system scalability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own production health, reliability, and operational support processes across critical systems and services
• Lead incident response efforts, including stakeholder communication, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews
• Design and implement AI-driven agents and workflows to automate support and operational tasks

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in production operations, site reliability engineering, or similar roles
• Strong background in incident management and production system troubleshooting
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
• Experience with operational tooling such as Jira and monitoring platforms
• Familiarity with modern SDLC, DevOps, and change management environments
