Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Airline Ticketing Specialist will manage day-to-day ticketing functions across multiple GDS systems, ensuring high accuracy in transactions while supporting agent satisfaction and account profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ticketing functions, including complex exchanges, voids, and refunds, while maintaining a 99% accuracy rate
• Build relationships with internal and external customers, managing group air bookings and resolving client issues
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce costs within the ticketing operations

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-GDS ticketing experience
• Strong understanding of travel agency operations and customer service relationships
• Proficient in at least one GDS system with the ability to learn others
• Familiarity with airline group policies and procedures
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
