Key Responsibilities

Build and configure cross-channel journeys with triggers, events, and decision nodes
Implement real-time workflows and validate journey paths and performance
Collaborate with various teams to ensure scalable and compliant journey designs

Required Qualifications

Expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and AEP/RTCDP integration
Experience with event-based triggers and decisioning rules
Knowledge of multi-channel messaging systems and MarTech platforms
Familiarity with JSON, APIs, and real-time data activation
Hands-on experience in journey orchestration and validation
