Senior Algorithm Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative therapies, the full-time Senior Algorithm Engineer will lead the lifecycle of biosignal-based algorithm development, collaborating with data scientists and clinicians to build and maintain machine learning models for analyzing brain and biosignal data, with the flexibility of working remotely or from office hubs in Boston, New York City, or Paris.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the entire biosignal-based algorithm development lifecycle, including specifications gathering, data curation, model development, and documentation
• Select and implement appropriate methods for problem-solving, applying deep learning techniques as needed
• Enhance internal deep learning tools, introduce new model architectures, and ensure best practices in algorithm implementation

Required qualifications:

• Over 5 years of industry experience in machine learning and deep learning, particularly in health sciences or regulated fields
• Proficiency in digital signal processing (DSP) and statistics, with a focus on choosing the right tool for the task
• Experience with PyTorch or other deep learning frameworks for model training and deployment
• Familiarity with the latest deep learning advancements, including Transformer models and large-scale modeling
• Experience with biosignals, medical imaging data, or large time-series datasets is preferred
