Senior Algorithm Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative medical devices, the full-time Senior Algorithm Engineer will lead the entire biosignal-based algorithm development lifecycle, including data curation, algorithm implementation, and stakeholder engagement, while primarily working remotely from near Paris.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the algorithm development lifecycle for medical devices, including specifications, data curation, and documentation
• Select and implement appropriate methods for problem-solving, balancing deep learning techniques with other methods as needed
• Enhance internal deep learning tools and promote best practices for user-friendly and well-documented algorithm implementations

Required qualifications

• Over 4 years of industry experience in machine learning and deep learning, particularly in health sciences or regulated fields
• Proficiency in PyTorch or other deep learning frameworks for model training and deployment
• Experience with digital signal processing (DSP) and statistics
• Familiarity with biosignals, medical imaging data, or large time-series datasets
• Strong understanding of software and ML engineering best practices, including testing and CI/CD
