Senior ALIP Business Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a forward-thinking team in a fully remote capacity, the Senior ALIP Business Configuration Analyst will leverage expertise in XML and the Accenture Life Insurance Platform (ALIP) to drive enterprise insurance system transformations, focusing on business configuration, mentoring analysts, and collaborating with diverse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute business configuration and workflow logic within the ALIP platform using XML-driven systems
• Build, modify, and support insurance product setups, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems
• Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and coaching to analysts and junior team members

Required qualifications

• Proven expertise in XML-based systems and business configuration
• In-depth, hands-on experience with Accenture Life Insurance Platform (ALIP), especially workflow design and modification
• Demonstrated success performing business configuration for large enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of API integrations and data flows within complex environments
• Senior-level leadership, mentorship, and team coaching capabilities
