Senior All-Source Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting various social science research programs on national security-related topics, the full-time Senior All-Source Analyst will manage research projects, conduct open-source research, analyze data, and brief senior leadership while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyze, and integrate information from multiple sources to produce finished analytical products
• Design research methodologies and instruments in collaboration with program leadership to meet client objectives
• Develop and manage assessment methodologies and strategies, ensuring high-quality reporting and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years in a social science discipline
• Strong research and writing skills with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Extensive experience briefing senior management on research findings and familiarity with geopolitical trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and modern collaborative communication tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple deadlines
