Senior Alliances Manager

Job Summary

To enhance partnerships in the clinical therapeutics sector, the hybrid-flex Senior Alliances Manager will manage relationships with corporate partners and healthcare funders, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of relationships with corporate partners and research funders to deepen alliances and cultivate new collaborations
• Act as a liaison for external partners, facilitating connections with internal experts to accelerate collaborative research and educational initiatives
• Evaluate industry R&D portfolios to inform strategic recommendations for partnership cultivation and align engagement strategies with sector needs

Required qualifications:

• Relevant experience managing complex multi-party projects or relationships, preferably in life sciences or biotech
• Strong project and relationship management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
• Exceptional external relationship management and networking capabilities
• Experience leading results through matrixed organizations
• Ability to adapt to changing business dynamics and communicate complex information clearly
