A company is looking for a Senior Allocation Analyst - Men's & Women's Apparel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute allocation strategies for Men's and Women's Apparel across retail locations
• Analyze store performance and regional demand patterns to optimize inventory placement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align allocation strategies with sales forecasts

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in retail allocation, merchandise planning, or inventory management
• Experience in the apparel industry is essential
• Omni-channel retail experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Strong understanding of apparel retail dynamics, including size curves and seasonal demand patterns
