Senior Allocation Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with buyers and planners, the full-time Senior Allocation Analyst will manage inventory levels and assortment strategies for merchandise categories to achieve sales and profitability objectives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate assortment planning and allocation strategies aligned with financial and product goals
• Analyze store attributes and inventory levels to optimize allocations and support market segment purchases
• Perform in-season and post-season analysis to identify future opportunities and manage new store opening assortments

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and interpretation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with planning systems and BI tools preferred
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights supporting strategic initiatives
