Senior Amazon Connect Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Amazon Connect Developer to design, build, and optimize advanced contact center solutions on AWS, focusing on contact flows, IVR solutions, and integrations with various AWS services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR solutions
• Configure routing profiles, queues, and emergency messaging within Amazon Connect
• Develop AWS Lambda functions and integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services and CRM platforms

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in contact center technology or engineering roles
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flow design and IVR configuration
• Strong programming experience in Python with AWS Lambda and API integrations
• Practical experience with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch
• Understanding of contact center fundamentals, including IVR design and call routing
