Senior Amazon Connect Engineer
Job Summary
Designing and optimizing cloud-based contact center solutions, the full-time Senior Amazon Connect Engineer will implement enterprise-scale Amazon Connect systems, develop serverless applications, and integrate with various enterprise platforms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise-scale Amazon Connect solutions
- Develop serverless applications to extend Amazon Connect functionality and integrate with CRM and other platforms
- Implement conversational AI solutions to enhance self-service and customer experiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation
- 3+ years of Amazon Connect experience
- Strong experience configuring Amazon Connect and developing with AWS services
- Proficiency in Python for automation and serverless development
