Job Summary

Designing and optimizing cloud-based contact center solutions, the full-time Senior Amazon Connect Engineer will implement enterprise-scale Amazon Connect solutions and integrate them with various enterprise platforms while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and support enterprise-scale Amazon Connect solutions
  • Develop serverless applications using AWS services to extend Amazon Connect functionality
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation
  • 3+ years of Amazon Connect experience
  • Proficiency in Python for automation, integrations, and serverless development
  • Strong experience configuring Amazon Connect and integrating it with enterprise applications using REST APIs
