Job Summary

Designing and optimizing cloud-based contact center solutions, the full-time Senior Amazon Connect Engineer will implement enterprise-scale Amazon Connect systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and support enterprise-scale Amazon Connect solutions
  • Develop serverless applications using AWS services to enhance Amazon Connect functionality
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with various enterprise platforms using REST APIs and AWS services
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation
  • 3+ years of Amazon Connect experience
  • 3+ years designing and implementing NLP/NLU solutions using major conversational AI frameworks
  • Strong experience configuring Amazon Connect, including Contact Flows and Routing Profiles
