Senior AML/CFT Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AML/CFT Compliance Officer - Crypto EDD Oversight (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and challenge enhanced due diligence materials from first line teams
• Lead the analysis of laws and regulations related to AML/CFT and develop policies for compliance
• Manage complex investigations and provide guidance on AML/CFT matters, including cryptocurrency diligence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance or related field; CAMS certification preferred
• Deep understanding of BSA/AML regulations, OFAC, KYC, and relevant regulatory requirements
• Experience with AML/CFT software, data analytics tools, and case management systems
• High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance may be considered
• Strong leadership and ability to influence organizational behavior
