Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. AML & Account Compliance Program Manager, Americas Account Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance the organization's AML compliance framework
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and mitigate emerging compliance risks associated with new initiatives
• Oversee the design and implementation of AML customer due diligence and reporting capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Experience leveraging technology and implementing process improvements (preferred)
