Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 6+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience
• Experience in developing and implementing standards, policies, and programs
• 6+ years of experience in AML compliance or financial crimes prevention
• Understanding of AML regulations and industry practices
