Senior AML Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AML/CFT Compliance Officer - Crypto EDD Oversight (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and challenge enhanced due diligence materials from first line teams
• Lead AML/CFT program strategy and ensure compliance with regulations related to cryptocurrency
• Develop quality assurance methodologies and provide training on AML/CFT compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in AML/CFT compliance or related field; CAMS certification preferred
• Deep understanding of BSA/AML regulations, OFAC, KYC, and related requirements
• Experience with AML/CFT software, data analytics tools, and case management systems
• High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of experience may be considered
• Strong leadership skills are essential
