Senior Analog Design Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of high-efficiency semiconductor devices, the full-time Senior Analog Design Engineer will manage all phases of the new product development lifecycle in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product optimization and adherence to quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire new product development lifecycle from market definition to production release, including design, simulation, and validation of semiconductor devices
• Conduct design feasibility studies and device simulations using PSpice/Silvaco software to optimize performance and reliability
• Collaborate with integration and packaging teams to propose effective process flows and high-performance packaging solutions

Required qualifications:

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or a related field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor device design and development
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor devices, device physics, and related technologies
• Experience with device simulation tools and CAD software
• Willingness to be part of a dynamic engineering team focused on innovation
