Senior Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst who develops and implements advanced reporting and analytics solutions to support fundraising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical solutions, including predictive models and donor profiling
• Analyze and report key data to leadership, providing insights to improve program effectiveness
• Coordinate plans and diverse tasks while maintaining expert knowledge in relevant systems and resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 6 years of related experience or equivalent combination
• Experience with SQL, data warehousing tools, and statistical software (SAS, Python, R or similar)
• Proficiency in Excel, including macros and pivot tables
• Experience in accounting, finance, and direct marketing programs
• Familiarity with AI tools and predictive modeling techniques
