Senior Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle effectiveness, the full-time Senior Analyst will design, build, and support athenaIDX applications and workflows, ensuring compliance and operational continuity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement TES edits and BAR claim logic for revenue cycle billing
• Develop and optimize ETM workflows and automation, ensuring task routing and performance monitoring
• Support EDI clearinghouse operations, managing claim submissions and resolving transmission issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience with athenaIDX applications and EDI processes
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management and compliance standards
• Proficiency in workflow automation and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of healthcare billing and coding practices
