Job Summary
Leading the design of project solutions, the full-time Senior Analyst will manage analytical and data-driven workstreams for SAMHSA's 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Awareness initiative, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to translate findings into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate data validation and support campaign measurement and evaluation activities, assessing paid media performance and audience behavior change
- Formulate specifications for deliverables, analyze trends in 988 utilization data, and contribute to strategic planning efforts
- Produce formal deliverables such as performance reports and data dashboards for government stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public health, data analytics, marketing, social sciences, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Demonstrated experience in designing project or analytical solutions and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Proficiency with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau, including dashboard development and maintenance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (Tier II)
