Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming complex fundraising data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Analyst will develop advanced reporting, analytics, and AI-enhanced solutions to support fundraising strategies while collaborating with Membership Acquisition and Strategy teams, all within a negotiable remote work environment in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive models, donor profiling, and segmentation analysis to optimize fundraising efforts
• Analyze and report on key organizational data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership
• Coordinate plans and tactics while maintaining information systems to support program needs and enhance operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
• Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing tools, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Python, R)
• Experience with predictive modeling and incorporating AI tools into analytical workflows
• Demonstrated ability to design and generate reports, and analyze complex datasets
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a non-profit or similar environment
