Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming complex fundraising data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Analyst will develop advanced reporting and analytics solutions, collaborate with teams to enhance fundraising strategies, and implement AI-driven tools to optimize donor engagement and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement predictive models and analytics solutions to support fundraising initiatives
• Analyze and report key organizational data to leadership, providing insights and recommendations
• Coordinate and manage diverse complex tasks, including designing experiments and optimizing donor profiling

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 6 years of related experience or equivalent combination
• Experience with SQL, data warehousing tools, and statistical software (SAS, Python, R or similar)
• Proficiency in Excel, including macros and pivot tables
• Experience in designing reports and analyzing data across various teams
• Familiarity with AI tools for enhancing analytical workflows and decision-making
