Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst for a fully remote position who will manage Member Growth Analytics, leveraging data to enhance member engagement and improve health outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the member lifecycle to identify opportunities for improving engagement and translating insights into actionable recommendations
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of new initiatives, fostering a culture of experimentation
• Own the Member Growth Analytics scope, ensuring projects are effectively managed and delivered on time while communicating priorities and risks proactively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product analytics, growth analytics, or similar analytical roles
• Demonstrated experience analyzing customer behavior and lifecycle metrics to inform strategic business decisions
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or similar analytical programming languages
• Familiarity with healthcare analytics or experience in a healthcare-related industry is preferred
