Senior Analyst, Accounting

Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of SEC Reporting, the full-time Senior Analyst, Accounting will assist with SEC reporting and month-end close activities while working remotely, focusing on the preparation of financial schedules and tracking clinical trial expenses.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of supporting schedules for form 10-Q, 10-K, and proxy filings
• Perform tie out of form 10-K and 10-Q and prepare journal entries, including accruals
• Support internal and external auditor requests and participate in process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well cross-functionally and across geographies
• Demonstrated integrity and a strong work ethic
