Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable

Job Summary

Executing timely delivery of Accounts Payable processes, the full-time Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable will manage complex processing activities, ensure data quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives onsite in Bandar Sunway, Malaysia.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex daily processing activities within agreed timelines and monitor data quality
• Identify and propose improvements for repetitive issues, supporting project execution and process enhancements
• Prepare analytic reports, respond to transaction queries, and assist with internal/external audits

Required qualifications

• Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in industry or shared services
• Strong knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese is a plus
• Strong team player with a focus on customer service quality
