Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics

Job Summary

Partnering with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics will conduct complex analyses, design experiments, and develop actionable insights to drive business performance in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and create structured analytical workplans
• Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments, including post-test analysis and metric selection
• Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover insights that inform strategy and support growth initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, product analytics, or a related quantitative field
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in modern cloud data warehouses like BigQuery
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and experimentation
• Proficiency in at least one enterprise BI tool, such as Tableau or Looker
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, with knowledge of statistical significance and confidence intervals
