Senior Analyst AI Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic AI Product team, the full-time Senior Analyst AI Engineer will apply technical expertise to support the Claude platform, manage incident resolution, and develop documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve user incidents and manage the ticket lifecycle in ServiceNow, including escalation and documentation
• Develop and maintain internal and public-facing technical documentation and training materials for users
• Collaborate with the Build team on automation development, feature testing, and process design for new capabilities

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical role involving automation, systems analysis, or platform operations
• 2+ years producing technical documentation or workflow guides in a professional environment
• 1+ year of experience in an agile environment where processes and tools are evolving
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, or related field
