Senior Analyst, Alternative Investments

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Alternative Investment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management and relationships with third-party back-office partners for alternative investments
• Execute and review reconciliations and manage the manager fee lifecycle, including invoice validation and payment coordination
• Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure accurate transaction booking and improve operational processes

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 7+ years of experience in public accounting, internal audit, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with capital calls, distributions, and fund-related workflows
• Ability to drive process improvements and manage competing deadlines
• Relevant certifications such as CPA are preferred
