Senior Analyst, Billing QA

Job Summary

Collaborating with product development teams, the full-time Senior Analyst, Billing QA will design and execute test plans for new feature releases and system changes in billing systems, focusing on Amdocs CES and CSG platforms, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans to validate new feature releases and system changes in billing systems
• Identify and implement test strategies for comprehensive testing across Amdocs CES Billing and CSG Billing systems
• Manage regression testing procedures and automated test suites to ensure billing stability and data integrity

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• 4+ years of QA testing experience within telecom billing/BSS
• Familiarity with Amdocs Billing System and CSG Billing System (CCS/ACSR)
• Experience in mobile/cellular QA and validation testing
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data quality and root cause problem solving
