Senior Analyst - Business Banking

Job Summary

Supporting the optimization of marketing funnels for Business Line of Credit and Business Banking, the full-time Senior Analyst - Business Banking will analyze customer behavior, manage cross-team backlogs, and drive growth initiatives while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a test-and-learn roadmap, including A/B tests and journey enhancements in collaboration with Product, Tech, and Analytics teams
• Manage centralized backlogs and roadmaps, track deliverables, and ensure key milestones are met for PMO activities
• Analyze key performance metrics to provide insights on customer engagement and conversion rates

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, analytics, or related fields
• Strong interest in digital customer journeys and conversion optimization
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
