Senior Analyst, Business Insights

Job Summary

To support a growing Analytics team, the full-time Senior Analyst, Business Insights will execute analytical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide actionable insights focused on pharmacy claims analysis and data reporting, with options for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects and deliver reporting solutions while producing strategic insights on program performance and financial projections
• Work cross-functionally to align analytical insights with business objectives and advocate for data-driven decision-making
• Interpret pharmacy and healthcare trends to provide proactive client recommendations and optimize reporting methodologies

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting, with 1+ years in the pharmacy industry
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis, along with strong coding hygiene and documentation practices
• Experience working with pharmacy claims data and client reporting metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field preferred
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and present insights effectively to various stakeholders
