Senior Analyst, Business Operations

Job Summary

Supporting a broad system-wide portfolio, the full-time Senior Analyst, Business Operations will manage operational and financial performance across clinical services, driving business planning and analysis while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clinical and operational directors to manage budgets and improve financial and operational performance
• Lead analytical efforts including business plan development, market analysis, and cost/benefit assessments
• Translate operational insights into financial performance opportunities and actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of progressively complex experience in healthcare operations
• Strong analytical expertise linking financial performance to clinical and operational drivers
• Experience in finance management or business administration is required
• Demonstrated ability to influence change in a complex healthcare environment
