Senior Analyst, Care
Job Summary
To support the analytics roadmap, the full-time Senior Analyst, Care will leverage advanced data analysis and modeling techniques to provide strategic insights for the Customer Care team, optimizing care functions and enhancing customer experience in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand analytical needs and align on project scope
- Analyze network trends to identify growth opportunities and generate predictive insights
- Create and maintain dashboards for monitoring key metrics and enable agile responses to market changes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of analytical experience in an e-commerce, marketplace, or related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python or R
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to apply predictive modeling techniques to solve business problems
