Senior Analyst, Change Management

Job Summary

Focusing on AI adoption and broader technology change initiatives, the full-time Senior Analyst, Change Management will execute change, communications, readiness, and enablement work to support Technology employees in adopting AI-enabled ways of working while collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute initiative-level change, communications, readiness, and adoption plans for AI-enabled capabilities and technology transformation
• Create employee guidance and communications materials that support AI and related technology adoption goals
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess stakeholder impacts and document responsible use considerations

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in OCM, adoption enablement, or internal/executive communications
• Experience supporting AI adoption and technology transformation initiatives
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Practical fluency with AI-enabled workplace tools and modern collaboration platforms
