Job Summary

Supporting the operational needs of the client management team, the full-time Senior Analyst - Client Management will manage relationships with strategic global retail and travel merchants, ensuring timely resolutions and enhancing the merchant experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Support merchant operational and servicing needs by liaising with merchant contacts and internal teams
  • Track and monitor merchant payment activity, invoicing, and budget utilization
  • Research and identify industry trends, risks, and opportunities across the travel and retail sectors
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in marketing and budget management
  • Proven ability to work with external partners and clients
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, with proficiency in AI-enabled tools
  • BA Degree preferred; candidate must reside in the Greater NYC Metro area
