Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Client Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer service
  • Communicate with plan sponsors and representatives regarding retirement plan administration
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for various stakeholders and manage relationships

Required Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or GED, with undergraduate studies desirable
  • Two to three years of service industry experience, preferably in Nationwide Financial
  • Basic knowledge of retirement plans and completion of ASPPA RPF 1/2 courses
  • Basic digital literacy and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and establish priorities
