Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Client Service.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive continuous improvement in customer service
Communicate with plan sponsors and representatives regarding retirement plan administration
Serve as a point-of-contact for various stakeholders and manage relationships

Required Qualifications:

High school graduate or GED, with undergraduate studies desirable
Two to three years of service industry experience, preferably in Nationwide Financial
Basic knowledge of retirement plans and completion of ASPPA RPF 1/2 courses
Basic digital literacy and ability to learn new systems
Ability to manage high volumes of work and establish priorities
