Senior Analyst CLO Operations

Job Summary

Providing operational support for trading and reporting functions, the full-time remote Senior Analyst CLO Operations will manage trade-related data processing, reconciliation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate cash and position discrepancies with external accounting administrators to ensure accurate trade processing for CLOs
• Validate security master file data and respond to inquiries regarding trade allocations and KYC data promptly
• Assist with reconciliation and support internal and external audit requests while maintaining detailed documentation of processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services experience with knowledge of investment products and operational support
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and documentation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment while managing multiple priorities
