Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Self-Service Cloud Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with product engineering and marketing to develop projects that enhance consumption growth and customer retention
Design incentive structures and targets for the Self-Service Cloud business
Perform data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities

Required Qualifications

BS/BA or equivalent experience required
7+ years of experience in Sales or Field Operations, Strategy, FP&A, or Management Consulting in SaaS organizations
Experience with Salesforce.com and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
SQL experience is required
Experience with Elasticsearch or Kibana is a bonus
