Senior Analyst, Commercial Effectiveness

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end enablement operations for the Field Sales Organization, the fully remote Senior Analyst, Commercial Effectiveness will oversee Fleet/SAFE Fleet and Mobility operations, ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness while providing analytics and insights to support business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Fleet and SAFE Fleet, including vehicle replacements and safety initiatives
• Produce and analyze operational reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Lead training and knowledge-transfer initiatives for Fleet and Mobility processes within the Field Sales Organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of four years of professional experience or Associate's degree with a minimum of six years of experience
• Experience supporting operational programs for a field-based organization
• Strong analytical skills with experience in producing metrics and performance reports
• Effective Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
• Demonstrated project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills
