Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Go-To-Market Compensation & Planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and model quota and compensation plans, providing scenario analyses for leadership
  • Act as a liaison between the GTM Strategy & Planning team and sales representatives, identifying performance gaps
  • Lead the communication and rollout of annual incentive plans to ensure understanding and buy-in from sales teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or FP&A
  • Experience in a strategic consulting role or high-growth SaaS environment
  • Expert-level skills in Excel/Google Sheets for dynamic modeling
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and commission software like CaptivateIQ, Xactly, or Spiff
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
