Senior Analyst - Contracting

Job Summary

To support pricing strategy initiatives, the full-time Senior Analyst - Contracting will develop and implement pricing strategies, manage contract compliance, and provide analytical support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate contract documents, ensuring compliance and timely communication of product and price notifications
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Legal, and Finance to drive profitable growth and resolve pricing issues
• Prepare documentation for internal/external audits and assist in the implementation of modified strategies and new product launches

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of related work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Pricing, Contracts, or Finance within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Experience drafting large volume and high dollar value agreements preferred
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and current pricing and rebating practices
• Ability to effectively interact with staff and management across various functional areas
