Senior Analyst - Contracting

Job Summary

To support pricing strategy and planning, the full-time Senior Analyst - Contracting will develop and implement pricing strategies, manage contract compliance, and provide analytical support for contracts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and edit contract documents, negotiate terms, and manage compliance for assigned contracts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Market Access, Legal, and Finance to drive profitable growth and resolve pricing issues
• Conduct ad hoc analyses for sales teams and support internal/external audits by preparing necessary documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of related work experience
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Pricing, Contracts, or Finance within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Experience drafting large volume and high dollar value agreements preferred
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and current pricing and rebating practices
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively
