Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a quantitative discipline is a plus
• 2+ years of credit experience in underwriting and strategy design for Small Business Segments
• Experience in building risk strategies for unsecured credit/lending
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and reporting tools like Tableau and Google Analytics
• Expert analytical skills to drive data-driven business results
