Senior Analyst Control Management

Job Summary

Collaborating across multiple business units, the full-time Senior Analyst Control Management will focus on ensuring effective control management and remediation processes while validating issue resolutions and analyzing data trends.

Key responsibilities

• Support the End-to-End (E2E) business unit gap resolution process and track progress in accordance with operational risk event remediation procedures
• Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate on investigations to address recurring issues while performing quality assurance on documentation
• Analyze data to prepare detailed reports on issue status, trends, and outcomes, identifying potential systemic risks within business unit processes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operational risk management or a related field
• Strong project management skills with a focus on process governance and regulatory frameworks
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively
• Experience in investigating operational risk issues and conducting root cause analysis
• Familiarity with documentation quality assurance processes related to operational risk events
