Senior Analyst Control Management

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing operational resilience, the full-time Senior Analyst Control Management will manage the transition to a new risk assessment framework while collaborating with multiple business units to identify and mitigate risks within the U.S. Consumer Services team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework across Enterprise Communications & Marketing Technology Experiences
• Partner with stakeholders to identify emerging risks and provide actionable recommendations to enhance control design
• Conduct risk aggregation and analytics to identify key risks and support the Issue Management framework

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operational risk or compliance management, with a strong understanding of risk management frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and advanced analytics to improve risk management practices
• Proficiency in process governance and experience in establishing decision-making processes aligned with regulatory standards
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risk scenarios effectively
• Experience in the financial services industry
